Episode 86 – How to Reduce Workplace Stress and Laugh on Queue

We laugh less as we age, but we can change that! The average baby laughs 300 times per day while the average adult laughs 20 times per day – according to work by Dr. Robert Provine, one of the first psychologists to study laughter. Just as we exercise for physical health, we can proactively engage with laughter for our mental and emotional health.

· What is laughter yoga? Understand you’re a “laughter yoga” instructor
· What to recommend people that may feel uncomfortable laughing intentionally and without a prompt
